Gallen graduated economist works internationally as a independent
economic advisor in the field of entrepreneurship and corporate
development. As assistant professor he taught human resources
management (HRM) at the Heilbronn University of Applied
Sciences. Dr. Scarnato publishes on small and medium sized enterprises
(SME) issues and is member of the Federal Association of German
Economic Advisors BVW e.V. He is a founder member of m.n.p.

companies) has a comprehensive experience in tourism management and
development, in particular with the operator real estate „hotel
“. The economist, who attained a Ph. D. in St. Gallen, is today a
professor at the Heilbronn
University of Applied Sciences. In research and teachings,
Professor Buer is specialized in economical processes, international
enterprises and hotel management. He is active also as advisor and
developer.
